After struggling with eating disorders for a couple years, then falling into disordered eating, and eventually into over training, after about 10 years of struggling, I found my purpose in movement. Now I train for my life, not for a season, not for an event, not for a dress size, for me. I coach my clients to celebrate what their bodies are capable of, not what their bodies look like.
